an odd plant that`s been bounced from Odontoglossum to Miltonia and probably deserves its own genus, flat oval 5` bulb topped with a single broad glossy 6` to 10` leaf, 30` basal branching spikes produce dozens of very colorful 2` blooms, ruffled sepals and petals range from purple to light brown with lighter tips, the large square lip has a dark purple base a broad waxy purple band and white tip, fragrant and free flowering.
