large and elegant multifloral, strap-like mid-green leaves up to 18` long, an arching inflorescense up to 30` long carries up to six stunning 5` blooms, the 2 1/2` green dorsal is hooded over the ochre-brown pouch, the outward- spreading paddle-shaped twisted lateral petals are pale yellow basally with bold deep brown spotting, turning purple towards the lower half.
