a beautiful flower with classic Paphiopedilum shape and texture, narrow 6`to10` long leaves are shiny green, matured growths produce a 12` spike carrying a single 4` tall waxy bloom has a glossy dark orange/brown pouch and lateral sepals, dorsal sepal is a very showy white with a light green base and central maroon spots, a hardy species that can handle a wide range of temperatures.
